Unfortunately, as others have noted, the service here is poor. I will no longer donate nor shop at this location. Candidly, this store is a poor representation of the organization and they should prioritize customer service training. They More

Service is sub par, but for how cheap everything is. It makes sense. I have donated here before and personally havent had to deal with the lines that others are talking about, when I went service took about mins including me waiting in line. The store wasnt the cleanest, but not dirty either. Basically your normal goodwill.

St Louis Park Goodwill is highly recommended. I would avoid Hopkins as they turn away kids toys and books last time I was there because there was a light fixture in the box .. when I told them the box was filled with kid toys and books More

Rude employees got there at hours say pm worker sees me turns her back did not bother to say a word

The selection is decent, especially for wall art, but this is the most expensive Goodwill I have ever been too Like to the point that its ridiculously pricey for a place that doesnt pay for its own inventory. I would skip this location if you are actually looking for a good deal.

Unfortunately they got rid of their dressing rooms. I had a dozen shirts I wanted to try on but couldnt. Not worth buying something and having to return it within their tiny return window just so I can try it on at home. Arcs is better anyway.

Everything is very overpriced. I was shocked at the prices they are trying to sell things. They also got rid of the dressing rooms which is a shame, its almost impossible to buy any kind of clothing that is not outerwear. More

Extremely overpriced electronics with not a lot to offer, was very clean but at times quite messy. More
