Goodwill – Hopkins

While the road connecting to the store is still under heavy construction, the store is as busy and well staffed as ever. Halloween gear is displayed well and easy to find. The staff was quick to help and the store was well stocked.Ill certainly be going back again when I need more clothes.

Its hit and miss Like most Goodwills.Ive got some really good deals here but theres a lot of junk. Many items are over priced too.

The donation attendant just refused our donation of several boxes of great housewares because they had stickers on the items. Price stickers. How ridiculous

Such an odd experience ... Had a box of kids toys and books and there were two wall sconces. I understand that they dont take electronics but the supervisor said just to keep the whole box even after I told her it had toys and kids books More

Just made a donation of full load of good stuff. Bad experience. The person receiving donation was rude. I got yelled at for not placing the bag in the right bin. He was not giving clear direction. Need more training. I believe in the mission of Goodwill. Hope there is improvement next time.

Worst Goodwill to drop off items at. Always a long line whenever I go even at odd hours during the day. Takes waaaaaaay too long for attendant to get donations. They should speed up this process so people can get in out. No one is More
