You seriously need to figure out how to do drop off more efficiently the process isnt as long as we are waiting. Maybe save your garage door and leave it open that way we can watch how long it doesnt need to be.

This goodwill is wild. Two employees tried to fight a customer who forgot his mask in the changing room. The manager name was Nick. And some old employee. Then wouldnt let him go back in the changing room to get it. This the most ghetto suburban goodwill Ive ever need.

Dropping items off is painful Long lines, unhappy staff that wont lift a finger to help unload. Your welcome for all the free items. The experience is so lousy I now bring everything to anyone else Savers, Salvation Army, etc

Ugh The donation center is THE SLOWEST goodwill line I have ever been in. The first time I just thought it was a fluke, but the next time I went was maybe worse. Over minutes per car. Not sure if this is a COVID thing, but man, the other goodwill I donate has minimal delays. Guess I wont be stopping at this one again
