I have never been inside the retail side of the business, but Ive dropped off numerous items over the years and I am absolutely amazed as to how they can organize everything so well.

Goodwill should change the layout to make it easier to browse, or fix it up a bitit felt shabby. The employees are good, although there were some extra racks and whatnot laying around the entrance. The finds are good here.
