When I walked into Goodwill in Fridley I was greeted by happy employees I walk into other store and no one seems to like their jobs. This Goodwill was like a breath of fresh air. Their clothes were name brand and in very good condition. I More

Moderate selection of used Goods at reasonable prices staff were understaffed and stressed out however the one main server was chipper and friendly and his demeanor regardless of obviously being stressed out by being understaffed. Appreciation for him shining through the stress

Need I say more The staff was very helpful getting the horse into my car.The store is always busy ... A couple more employees would be nice.Over all good variety, neat and friendly.

Gerald was the best cashier Ive ever had at a Goodwill before. Greeted me with a smile and helped me find what I needed. Was very knowledgable about the sales that day and was quick at the register. Fabulous experience, highly recommend

I like goodwill very much and I love some of the prices. I say some of the prices, because some of the prices in here are ridiculous Lee over priced supposedly they go online to see what the going price is of some things but they price it More

Overall a good Goodwill. Has low houseware inventory but still some good finds. Found a pitcher I have been searching for for weeks. Staff is also very nice.

Ive always liked goodwill but this location could use some better inventory. I never find anything I like anymore. Also lets open the dang dressing rooms already. I refuse to buy if I cant try on. Especially since you wont give me a refund if it doesnt fit.

Theyre pretty fast about getting you in and out when you have items to drop off. Its very easy to find what youre looking for. Quality of items are pretty good too. Customer service is pretty good.

Staff is fine. Rarely find anything good here though. Prices have gone up in the past year. All I can really give them credit for is cleaning up the the store
