Went to drop off donations and was told they couldnt use any of my things Never going there again. I dropped off my things to value village in valley west shopping center and they were extremely nice and appreciative.

Wanted to return an item because they sold an electric massager tried it at home and the remote wasnt working. Came to see if I could get my money back and they said no returns nor exchanges.

This is a thrift store not an antique store for the uneducated seller. The prices on items with any age are atrocious. Take this vintage lane chest for bucks. This will never sell for and should be priced at bucks at most. More

Love this place Decently cleaner than many other second hand stores. Pricing is good and I always seem to find things that are new in packaging or high end. Love the stock they carry.

ive come here for years and it has a nice selection, decent prices. the fitting rooms are open unlike Goodwill. only thing is that it can be a little messy but its not too bad.

Went specifically to find a picture frame. Their selection was decent. The prices were a little on the higher end for most items I looked at. The frame I ended up with was super cheap so must have been priced by someone who understands thrift store pricing. Clean store and friendly employees.
