When dropping off items be prepared to spend a good half hour or more. The gentleman that take your items are very pleasant and work very hard. I think they could probably use a few more staff.

I just find it pointless to walk in. All the dressing rooms are closed .Even though they allow days to return items and then you get a store credit , its just to much of a hassle. I live an hour away.....they do have many nice household items.

Found some items but their prices are ridiculous. Very expensive. But it was a clean store and the employees that I encountered today were very nice and helpful. Some areas of the store are pretty cramped. Especially the fragile section.

extremely expensive prices on all items. Most secondhand items are more expensive at this store than anywhere else whether it be Ebay or other Salvation armys. They usually get great items but be prepared to pay higher prices than any other salvation army in Michigan. New management spends time googling prices on items.

Long lines. Average selection. Large space. I enjoy the building. Prices are average as well. Definitely need more staffing. The fitting rooms could not be used due to staffing.
