Second Chance, Inc. is a Baltimorebased social enterprise that creates green collar jobs for displaced workers by taking apart deconstructing buildings that would otherwise be demolished and dumped in a landfill. We then offer the reclaimed materials to the public at a discount in our , sq ft retail warehouse, helping fund our workforce development programs. Preserving the regions rich architectural heritage, protecting the environment, and providing livingwage jobs to those with employment barriers is why weve been proud to be called Second Chance for over years.

A great source of lumber that is actually straight and true for half the cost of anywhere else. Hardwood floors as well. If you are a DIYer, give them a look and support a great company doing the community a great service by recycling materials and providing jobs and training to folks in need of a second chance.

We found the cutest vintage area rug that was the perfect size of the hallway. Well woven and sturdy. Cleaned it with a carpet cleaning vaccume a few times....but a feel great buy that services a purpose Love this place

Even if you dont buy anything this is a great place to just walk through. Lots of old furniture, knick knacks, tools, building materials, and much more. All reasonably priced and if you buy something the staff is very helpful. Kind of like an antique store and yard sale all rolled up into one
