I had two returners with receipt ,my return was , weeks old. Ross would not even honor a store credit for the amount I paid for a bra cost me . With tags on both bra and shirt. The amount they gave me was . ea The in Hammond LA.. Sucks....

Prices are great. I find a lot if great deals. I usually have to go at night, because of my work schedule and the night workers here a very friendly and welcoming.

The store smelled a little off. Normal fitting rooms are still closed for COVID but they have temporary ones in the front that one employee said was open and the cashier would open it but then the cashier couldnt do it or something.

Absolutely disgusting. Clothes covered the floors. It is VERY obvious that the staff does not care how the store looks and takes no pride in the way it is maintained. I would be ashamed if I managed a store that looked like that. Then you expect customers to buy dirty clothes off the floor.

Busy Saturday and only cashiers. The line was people deep. I love shopping here, however I may not return to this store. Cashier didnt take off one of the tags, and for a busy time in the store, it couldve been very inconvenient had we not caught it before we left the register.
