They took my stuff marked Fragile and Threw it into the bins and I could hear all the glass breaking. I should have just thrown it away myself Will never go back. I know they hate their job. Probably min wage. But still sad.

Worst donation experience Ive ever had They were beyond rude. Donation items were pretty nice and in like new condition and I had taken the time to wrap and box everything so it wouldnt break. I told them it was breakable and they cut More

2.0/5 Rated 2.0 out of 5,

Horrible personality No amile, help unloading or offered a donation form. Should leave the garage doors open, not to bother anyone. They acted as if they got interrupt

1.0/5 Rated 1.0 out of 5,

I work in management and if an employee behaved the way the man working today behaved he would be immediately fired. Rude. Throwing boxes. Slamming donations. Absolutely appalling for anyone to behave that way.
