It says that it is a thrift store on the outside, but once you get in it is not much more than an overpriced furniture and or clothes store. I would not advise going here but if you want to look around or waste time then its decent for that.

I guess I need to find the base line you all are going off of comenting that they have great prices..Ive been going to this store for years..theres your base line..prices have never been higher.and its not a passing phase theyve been like that for a year...

Terrible place. Manager treated me like trash when I was trying to donate hundreds of of stuff. The should be ashamed. She the manager going through my stuff and picking out what they wanted to keep.

I know Im being biased, but Im gay and the salvation army actively rallies against the rights of the homosexual and transgendered communities. As such Ive stuck with going to Goodwill because of their nonstance regarding the issue of More

The prices are way to high, for a thrift store that everything is donated to. And employees always seem to have some kind of attitude as of lately. The Hutchinson Salvation Army, is not what it use to be.

Staff here is incredibly rude. I brought in some clothing for donation and I was told, It has to be in plastic bags. Dont make a habit of it. Trust me, rude ungrateful person, I wont make a habit of it. I will donate my things to Goodwill or another thrift store from now on. Never again.

It was a very good experience at the Salvation Army I enjoyed the the very good book selection that they have at a very reasonable price and I enjoy that place its entertainment for me especially because of the books but Ive also found many good deals in very good used clothing. Hahaha

I would say great experience but it wasnt. To be able to donate is a gift itself unfortunately to donate to a place with such an ungrateful witch was just unpleasant. Hope someone donates a broom for her to fly away on. In all kindness, just be happy if your going to devote time doing your job.

The salvation army thrift store is a very good place to work and shop ,the bosses are very kind and understanding, also customer oriented, unless you get a customer that has been having a bad day and gets disgruntled, but even when this happens management still trys to be kind ,caring, and curious
