Staff are always friendly and they have good prices. I wish they gave to the community more with their profits since it all from donation and their prices can be a tad high for some stuff. Overall the shopping experience itself is good enough but not the first stop when Im looking to support my community or crazy cheap prices.

Pricing on used stuff going up. Shoes normal price on half price day. Stuff with garage sale stickers for sitting there with the goodwill sticker by it for ....cant even be bothered to remove stickers to not let us know how much they marked donations up.

The blonde manager is completely rude and unprofessional. never shopping there again. i highly recommend you go somewhere else. the prices have gone up and the deals are not that great so you will not be missing anything.

The stuff they put out is nasty and high price. They have poor lights inside so after you buy it go outside in the sun and you can see the stains. You pay cash and if you return it they want to give you a gift card. Thats so wrong. I rate it

This is the older location in columbus. Its still a pretty decent goodwill. Occasionally their prices are too high. You just have to watch the prices and make sure you dont overpay for the items you buy. I have literally found things there that were more expensive than at Walmart.
