I used to love this place, but upon visiting the new location, was so disappointed. Seemed like there was less inventory. The shoe section especially disappointing.

The stores name perfectly describes this place. I do not know how someone finds anything here. It is so packed that I could not even slide the hangers to see the clothes. I found the prices high but, for what I could see, the store has quality items.

The Crowded Closet is by far the best consignment shop in near the Chicagoland area. The merchandise is unique, classy,and the prices are reasonable when you look at the quality of the garments. I love shopping their and the staff are always thrilled to see their clients. The selections are fabulous. See you soon.
