The employees are ridiculously rude and unhelpful. They get the merchandise for free Yet they want to charge you the price it would be if it were new. Some of the items are even torn and broken or missing buttons or can even be used yet More

Occasionally you may hit lucky n find something nice, but this HFH store is not nearly comparable w. any of their stores that I have visited before in other states The furniture sold here is usually very old n dirty. The stuff does not really look good.

Wow These guys were great. They turned up on time and carefully loaded our donated furniture and other items. They were both charming and courteous. We strongly encourage you to use them when you are considering donating items to charity.

OMG. I love this place. Staff is awesome, they are always busy putting new items out. The store is a little chaotic, but that is what I love about it. There are new discoveries to be made everywhere you look. Awesome.

They dont price most of the products. The manager is nothing like miss Amy. I know people that has stopped going there. Going there because Amy is no longer there. Its poor service very unfriendly.
