Every other month I donate things we can do without. I go inside sometimes just to look around. I always find some amazing things Ive found furniture pieces that I love like a beautiful white Ikea desk A second wheeled adjustable desk. Be prepared to see awesome items. It might be the location. So worth it

Some of the employees accepting donations need some more customer service training. I often drop off donations. The last few times the employees were chatting with each other, didnt even respond to a hello, watched me struggle with a box, ignored people making donations.

This goodwill is clean and always has incredible findsYoull find at least one thing for yourself thats brand new with Tags. If you dont then you havent looked through everything

Prices are unbelievably high and staff needs to watch a customer service video to remind them that people have a choice on where to spend their money

The Goodwill in Newark Shopping Center is nice store. Just found love seat , Lazy Boy brand, nice beige color with no damage and in great shape for .. Store has large area with furniture so you just have to look around.

Great prices on nicely used household items

Its a heaven for home decors. Mugs are only cents. As I am moving, I will miss this place so much. The employees are very nice, specially the manager. They always maintain proper hygiene standards. So, you will never find the typical thrift store smell. Happy thrifting.

Pretty crowded. Found some good cheap clothes since I put on a few extra pounds this winter. Now I can lose those pounds and donate them back. Found a missing vinyl record for my collection.

This is a good store, hit or miss,can be crowded at times but the workers are welcoming and helpful, The worst part about this location is the hoard of antsy old people who wait in the area where the workers bring out the boxes of More

I prefer this location but Goodwills are always hit or miss. Its huge and has a separate room for furniture, a book bin, sometimes bikes, bed frames etc. With Covid spreading like wildfire, there isnt much spread anymore. Great customer service, a rarity these days
