Would give Goodwill Plainville stars if I could staff is very rude and didnt try to help out a volunteer with Autism to make he day better. They arent good with people with special needs. This place is terrible. Dont give Im your business go to different Goodwill locations.

Employees are very, very rude. Need desperate customer service training, exactly what NOT to say to the customer. Train them how to be decent human beings, not hard. Worst Goodwill in the state.

First time at this lovely thrift. Extremely spacious and amazingly well organized. Fair prices. Some great deals if you spend time looking through the racks. Staff are extremely friendly and kind. Highly recommend

This store has a ton of really nice items but they are all severely overpriced and many of the items you can buy new for the same cost or slightly more. Stores like this are the reason items end up at the bins or in landfills.

They offer a great community service to the special needs people that both work there as well as volunteer there through their vocational program. Great and friendly staff, with new items coming in daily. Open long hours days a week.
