Ladies were nice. However this is a used clothing store.... so why are items rejected when they are practically brand new. Also the asking price to purchase used items are ridiculous. Better off going to purchase new ones or go to goodwill for same quality

This is more of a suggestion because I actually didnt get to experience the store as when I brought in my clothes, they were in bags. I was told they werent going to look at them since they are in bags and they need to be in plastic bins. It would have been helpful if the website specifically said that no bags with clothes allowed.
