Wish clothes were organized by size. Definitely have to be on the mood to go and spend some time there. I dont love the back area they have now opened with huge boxes of clothes. Feels pretty dirty to me.

Ridiculous COVID clothing return policy dressing rooms are closed, so you must buy what you want to try on, but returns are only eligible for store credit. Either open the dressing rooms or change the policy for cash return.

Honestly my fav goodwill. Unfortunately some of the girls are very gossipy and just sit around talking about customers. One of the girls specifically is always rude and seems to be majorly inconvenienced by having to do her job. Unfortunate cause I love going.
