Unfortunately this was my first bad experience, we had the employee , not even check throughunfolded one shirt at the top of container the tradeable clothes due to her poor attitude. Still not sure why she acted in that manner towards us , felt really uncomfortable. We didnt ask why, we just left.

Ive tried calling to ask a quick question past few days and nobody answers the phone A little upsetting. And I usually bring tons of great items in for sale and they will only pick like items out of the I bring even tho the others are in perfect condition and popular, wish they would answer phone calls or return calls.

Great store but the staffs in Santa Barbara location are horrible, I went in to sell my bag and jacket, the cashier girl ignored me like Im invisible. If youre buying they smile and take your money, if youre selling they ignored and make you wait. I just rather dont sell to them. Awful customer service
