Been trying to call them a month ago about a problem with one of their containers and still no answer. The container is full and people everyday pulls clothes out and leave in the street

People go through these boxes and pullout all the items. They sort through and take what they want, leaving the rest of the stuff all over the street and sidewalk. These boxes result in the leaving the neighborhood unsightly.

They never answer the phone, reply to messages or emails. This is what we deal with on a daily basis.

Ive been trying to get them to remove their bin for at least months No one answers the phone nor emails, I went to the location spoke with a lady still nothing. This is ridiculous at this point

They never answer their phone or return emails. We need a box removed and cant get a response after over a month of trying. This operations seems shady. Do not get one of their boxes on your property

Same as other complaints about this company, no answer, no return phone calls. They dont empty the bins causing a mess of overflowing clothes etc.. They wont pickup the bin from my property, terrible company

This place is a joke It seems I am not the only buisness owner having the same issues. Their donation box has been broken into on my property, the homeless have since broken into my locked property and stolen items from me personally. I have been trying for months to get then to come collect their box. Ridiculous
