employees, one pointed me in the direction to leave my donation, one just looked at me, two were eating in the back room. When I asked where to leave my box one just grunted and pointed to a table. No one said thank you. I had other boxes that will be donated elsewhere.

comically terrible service from pathetic Orange County housewives. The worst is the manager a stuck up Asian woman. Prices absolutely do not reflect quality and Id never recommend this store to anyone.

i like to shop at this store, its close to me, but the fact that the asian manager has a very rude and mean attitude makes me wish i had not gone in. She is disrespectful and has no understanding of customer service. Everyone else in the shop is so kind and friendly.

Very nice staff, I didnt go to the store to shop just donated some mens clothes and shoes. Hardest neighborhood to find a place that takes donations. So I very appreciative they took my donation so close to closing time.

The shop was remodeled this summer and it is absolutely beautiful. The people there are all so sweet and kind. Its very welcoming and lots of varieties. Visit the store and it will exceed your expectations. D

This store is so clean without astringent or cloying odors. The merchandise is of very high quality. The beautiful displays and the charming staff create a oneofkind shopping gem. I love this place

Nice and clean. Merchandises are catered more to the mature crowd. But if you go often, you can find some decent items for major discount prices. A lot of the items still have original price tags on. Furnitures are a more on the pricier side.
