This place is a joke. The discounts are laughable, you will find better quality used products in any thrift shop.

Wow REI at a serious discount Picked up a backpack that retails for for a little under that was brand new, tags still attached. Even better theres an REI in the same plaza so you can browse there and then pop over to see if you can score your gear at a discount

This is not the same as an REI garage sale, contrary to the advertised purpose of the store. Although the store carries items that have been returned and discounted the discounts are smaller that youd find at a normal garage sale. More
