Ross Dress for Less

Very good selection of clothing and home goods. This shop in Castro Valley seems to have good quality and more varied selection than from the other sites around here.

I went here and both loss prevention followed me around the store. I said something to store manager and nothing was done. Everybody dont steal and the people they should be watching getting away with stealing.

Really good clothing for really good price ..I happened to visit on Christmas Eve so some things at that time were picked over. Now were in a New Year Im sure theyve got a whole new stock..

Great deals, excellent customer service and merchandise selection a major factor when visiting.

Low on staff, long lines and not well stocked. I generally go into Ross for luggage and household items sadly after the last few years theyve just gone downhill and seem dingy. I understand theyre having staffing issues but it effects every part of their business and the shopping experience so hopefully they address customer issues

I like this Ross, its near by and has great stuff and prices, its open late and staff is helpful. The line can get long but they check you out fast.

I always find what I need and more Ive gotten furniture, candles, frames, bedding, clothes, etc. All very good quality and the people who work there are friendly and helpful.

Its not the first time this happens Ross should really watch where they put the price stickers. And not too long ago I bought a marble table for and they put the sticker over a crack, really disappointing and really disappointing selling broken items that they know about also.

It never seems to fail that whenever I go to any Ross store, anywhere, there are always at least people waiting in line, only two people doing checkout, other employees floating around the store and a manager standing around More

Most clothes for men are small and medium sizes. Need more larger sizes. The store merchandise selections are not impressive, although i have found a few useful items. Also, too many shelves are empty. The manager obviously does not know how to make a store, like this one, always attractive.
