Lake Havasu City Goodwill Retail Store, Donation Center and Career Center

As a society, we should stop and take a good look at where were headed if for example low income people cant afford the Goodwill anymore.Goodwill ha, good one.

I have never seen grab bags with only one item in them . On dollar day there are quite a few toy bags with one toy in them . Its like they separate toys for dollar day , this is the only store I have see this happen .

The prices for used things are getting way out of hand in this store. It never used to be that way. Not only have the prices gone up but the stores shelves are in constant disarray and things just keep getting piled on top of each other. I More

They are pricing WalMart clothing higher than name brands. Not the greatest quality of used clothing. Store is a mess sometimes

I love shopping at Goodwill, I just feel strongly that they price gouge. Sure they have certain tag sales on specific days, but a lot of times I find items priced more or the same as a brand new product at a regular store. I dont think thats right for customers.

I have a beef with a Goodwill policy. No cash returns. Its just insulting to force me to spend my money there after being dissatisfied with what I bought because I couldnt try it on. I paid cash. I had my receipt. I showed them my drivers license. Unhappy

This store is so clean it smells like antiseptic, which is a good thing in a pandemic. Well lit and organized, its easy to find what youre looking for. Dressing rooms have been closed for months so you cant try anything on. Seven day More

We love this goodwill. The year old lady w the raspy voice at the front register is awesome, she always greets you on the way in and is super sweet at the register itself. The world needs more customer service people like that, next time Ill get her name, but thank you....youre awesome
