Goodwill – Guntersville

Im writing today in basic disgust as I think about my visit to this store. I am a pretty seasoned thrifter and have been in countless stores including many goodwill stores and have never encountered such crude, uncuthed, rude and clueless More

It was a hit or miss and some items were over priced. The staff are rude and often on their phones and eating take out at the register. The thing that they were lacking was fitting rooms since they reopened. They would inform the customers More

Very nice and helpful customer service Great prices, and the cashier made sure the line I thought to be a wait moved very quickly. Overall a wonderful experience

Literally all you had to do was hand me that tea cup. You clearly dont practice customer service. In a time when businesses are struggling there no compassion here. We USED to shop here a lot. No more.

Loved it Some things are a little pricier than you would think for a goodwill store but there were still alot of bargains to be had. Plus since its a new store its not very full of merchandise yet but they are working on it.

One of the better Goodwill stores that Ive been to, Ive had a couple good finds here so its definitely worth stopping by when Im in Guntersville.

Love this store. Always clean. Nice and neat arrangements of available content. And customer service is always helpful when I ask. Prices are reasonable.

Went here with a friend and they have a lot of good clothes. I like their book section too theyve got a lot of newer books. Theres a lot to explore in this store

The staff is very helpful and have great customer service. Clean and organized store and was greeted by cashiers as I was entering the store. Good variety of items and loved the outfits they put by their shirts. I will definitely be going back to this goodwill
